Illinois – Illinois Governor Pat Quinn says he's calling lawmakers back to work in Springfield. Quinn says lawmakers adjourned last week without approving an appropriations bill that would allow the state to spend money on its ongoing capital construction program. He wants to keep work going on road, bridge and other construction projects statewide. Quinn says a stoppage will throw 52,000 people out of work.
