Frankfort, KY – Organizers for the annual River Sweep are looking for more volunteers to help clean up the Ohio. Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission organizer Lisa Cochran says extensive spring flooding has left visible trash all along the river. The cleanup, set for Saturday, extends the entire length of the river, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Cairo, Illinois and also extends to tributaries. For more info., follow this link.
