Murray, KY – Murray Independent High School is considering adopting year-end subject specific tests next year. Murray board members discussed recommendations from the Kentucky School Board Association Thursday night including possible end-of-course assessments for math and English classes that could affect students' grades by up to twenty percent. The Murray Ledger and Times says numerous teachers support the recommendations. Further discussion regarding testing policy will take place during the next board meeting on July 14.
