Lexington, KY – Calloway County Fish and Wildlife officer is on paid administrative after police arrested him in Lexington. University of Kentucky police arrested Brad Lowe of Murray last week and charged him with public intoxication and endangering the welfare of a child. Lex 18 News reports Lowe bought his 15-year-old daughter alcohol at a local bar. Lowe also allegedly told bar workers that he was a federal agent investigating an Arab sex ring and needed the girl as bait. The Department of Fish and Wildlife did not immediately return requests for comment.
