Madisonville, KY – The Madisonville Rexam SCB plant is part of a $360-million deal with Berry Plastic Corporation. Evansville Indiana based Berry Plastics, is entering an agreement to acquire Rexam's eight worldwide branches. The Madisonville branch employs roughly 130 workers and manufactures plastics related to beverage containers, jars and other plastic packaging. The deal is expected to close in this year's third quarter.
