Clarksville, TN – Clarksville, Tennessee will have a new Power Board. Mayor Kim McMillan received final approval from the City Council yesterday on both a law that restructures the Power Board, and the five body members she appointed. The board is to retain one current member, Bryce Sanders, but will be made up of four others; Joel Wallace, Jane Olson, Leo Milan, and Wayne Wilkinson. The Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle reports these actions further signify that legal battles between the city and its electric utility may not be necessary.
