Murray, KY – Prosecutors in the Casondra Evrard murder trial can now examine the contents of a defendant's mental competency report. The Paducah Sun reports that Circuit Judge Craig Clymer decided the contents not just the conclusion of Jasmine Taylor's competency report would be made available to the prosecution. Taylor is one of seven defendants accused of kidnapping, tampering with evidence and murder of 21 year old Casondra Evrard in early December. The case resumes with an evidentiary hearing July 15th.
