Clarksville, TN – A judge has sentenced two Nashville men to 12 years in prison for the murder a 25-year-old Fort Campbell Green Beret. Montgomery County Judge John H. Gasaway sentenced 21-year-old Montez Deshawn Hall and 21-year-old Frank James Beasley on Tuesday. The Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle reports on Nov. 15, 2009, Sgt. Bryan Hastye was leaving a club with friends when they were shot at. A bullet went through the trunk of the car and struck Hastye, killing him. Hall and Beasley are to serve the maximum 12-year term for charges of 2nd degree murder.
