Murray, KY – Trials are set to begin next week for two men charged with the attempted murder of a Murray businessman. The charges stem from an incident last July in which the men are accused of attempting to rob Murray restaurant owner Chuck Wynn at his home, and beating him before exchanging gun fire. The trial is to take place at the Chuck Wynn since defense attorneys believe it would be difficult to find an unbiased jury in Calloway County. The two men are to continue their incarceration at the Calloway County Jail for the duration of the trial.
