Hopkinsville, KY – The City of Hopkinsville is adopting a series of measures to entice homebuyers and residential developers to buy and build there. Incentives include a number of possible rebates, tax breaks, and low interest loans. Persons new to the area, as well as those already living in or around Hopkinsville, may be eligible for the programs. City officials are hoping to develop to a competitive level compared to nearby Clarksville and Clarksville.
