Metropolis, IL – The Honeywell Corporation and Union Steelworker representatives completed negotiations yesterday on a new three-year agreement, as well as a separate negotiation on a return to work plan. The union says it will present the agreement to its membership for a ratification vote on Tuesday. Honeywell representatives say they are pleased to have reached the agreement, and believe it is fair to employees, will help reverse operating losses, and will support the long-term viability of the facility.
