Paducah, KY – The city of Paducah accepted a grant yesterday to help with the extension of the Greenway trail. The $500,000 dollar grant from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet requires a $150,000 local match. Plans for the development include an extension into the Perkins Creek Nature Preserve, a wooden trailway, and a bridge. No date is set for beginning construction.
