Henderson County, KY – A western Kentucky man is charged with reckless homicide and DUI in the death of a newspaper delivery woman. Henderson County officials are charging 20-year-old Benjamin Blaize in the death of 70-year-old Betty Moore. Police say Moore was delivering newspapers early Sunday morning when Blaize veered onto the shoulder striking Moore's vehicle head-on. Reports say Blaize was not injured.
