Murray, KY – North Marshall Water Board members could face dismissal at a special Marshall County Fiscal Court meeting tomorrow. The board recently came under scrutiny after some members of the court raised concerns of mismanagement. This latest action comes after the water board dismissed two employees amid allegations of improper conduct. Fiscal court members could chose to take legal action against the board including dismissing any or all of its members. The meeting will be held tomorrow at 5 pm.
