Murray, KY – A Murray man is among the new board members for a healthcare system being formed from a massive merger. The new healthcare system is formed from University Hospital, Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare, and St. Joseph Health System of Lexington. Dr. Robert Hughes was among the 18 appointees announced this week for the still-unnamed organization. Dr. Hughes is a graduate of the University of Louisville Medical School and has been practicing medicine in Murray since 1984.
