Murray, KY – A Calloway County minister is in custody after being arrested and charged with sexual abuse of a minor. The Kentucky State Police began an investigation after receiving complaints from the parents of a juvenile claiming 50-year-old Robert Meredith sexually abused their son. Meredith, a minister from the Green Plain Church of Christ, is being charged with first degree sexual abuse of a victim is under the age of 12. Meredith is being held in the Calloway County Jail.
