Franklin County, KY – The son of former Kentucky Governor Julian Carroll died Sunday in an automobile accident. 47 year old Bradley Carroll passed away after his car struck a concrete wall on US Highway 241 in Franklin County. Mr. Carroll was traveling alone when the accident occurred. Authorities do not suspect alcohol or drug use played a role in the crash; however the investigation is ongoing.
