Murray, KY – Paris and Henry County, TN officials have been named in a state audit for misuse of confiscated items and other ethical violations yesterday. The Paris Post Intelligencer reports District Attorney General Hansel McCadams is named in the audit for using various confiscated automobiles for personal use. McCadams is also said to have used the drug task force airplanes for non-official business. The audit also names Henry County Sherriff Monte Belew as using confiscated items for personal gain. Additionally, other members of the drug task force have admitted to taking drugs and other seized items found in their homes.
