ACT scores across our region are on the rise. The Murray Independent School District was recently named among the state's 10 highest scoring districts. Murray Independent received a composite 21 on the test, 6th highest in the Commonwealth. The state average is 18.8. Other regional school districts have also seen an increase in results. McCracken County and Paducah Public Schools composite scores rose to 19.9 and 18.2 respectively.
