Louisville, KY – The Kentucky Public Service Commission wants public comment on a proposed 12 percent rate increase for Kentucky Utilities Customers. Kentucky Utilities requested the increase over the next four years to help pay for environmental upgrades. The PSC will give a presentation on the relationship between environmental compliance and electricity rates and hear public comment. The Thursday meeting is at at Henderson Community College's Fine Arts Center at 5:30.
