Murray, KY – Two Mayfield Police officers will appear before the City Council next week for disciplinary action. Officials won't comment on the specific instance that warranted disciplinary action against officers Chuck Farthing and Matthew Thomas. The city posted a notice in local newspapers stating the hearing may lead to their dismissal. The West Kentucky Star reports the hearings will be closed to the public.
