Marshall County, KY – A Marshall County man's retrial for a 2007 murder and arson charge is being postponed again. Circuit Judge Dennis Foust says too many questions remain on what evidence should be admitted for George Luna's trial. A jury convicted Luna of the same charges in 2008 and sentenced him to life in prison. He won a new trial because of legal errors involved in the first. The Paducah Sun reports the next hearing for the case is September 19th.
