Murray, KY – The plan to replace 40 courthouses across the Commonwealth is more than halfway to its goal. Kentucky Chief Justice John D. Minton Jr. says of a total 40 planned courthouses, 21 are complete, including Carlisle, Livingston, and Trigg counties. Nineteen are under construction. The Kentucky General Assembly approved the courthouse construction plan in 2006.
