Murray, KY – More than 100 parents attended last night's Clarksville-Montgomery County School Systems' meeting to protest a proposed redistricting plan. The plan transfers more than 1500 middle and high school students in fall 2012. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports 23 parents spoke out against the redistricting. They told commissioners children who walk to school now would need to be bused across town under the proposal. A school systems committee will research the subject, which comes up for a vote September 13th.
