Murray, KY – A Frankfort judge has denied the Kentucky Family Foundation's request for an injunction to stop Instant Racing at Kentucky Downs. The appeal follows a court ruling that found the slot-machine like gambling apparatus to be legal. Judge Glenn Acree says the Family Foundation failed to show an immediate and irreparable injury to the public and therefore would not issue an injunction. Instant racing games have been open at Kentucky Downs in Franklin since September 1st.
