Hopkinsville, KY – Hopkinsville city council members are mixed in their reviews of preliminary plans for a new city hall. The Kentucky New Era reports some are concerned by the building's appearance and by a lack of local companies involved in the construction process. Mayor Dan Kemp says the city hasn't committed to any costs except the four hundred ninety thousand dollars set aside in design. Kemp says they could break ground by spring and complete the building by early 2013.
