Paducah, KY – West Kentucky Community and Technical College President Dr. Barbara Veazey meets today with other community college leaders in a White House sponsored roundtable discussion on the positive impact of Community Colleges. Mr. Obama picked Dr. Veazey because of her work in implementing new programs to meet local business needs. The White House says in the coming years, nearly eight in ten jobs will require some form of higher education.
