Murray, KY – Republican attorney general candidate Todd P'Pool will be getting some help from national GOP leaders in the coming week. Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee will headline a fundraiser Saturday for P'Pool in Louisville. Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli will also attend a fundraiser in Elizabethtown. P'Pool is challenging Democratic Attorney General Jack Conway in the November 8th election. Conway says he expects to raise $1 million for the campaign, an amount P'Pool is expected to match. While P'Pool has already begun a limited TV advertising campaign, Conway, with broader name recognition hasn't yet started television ads.
