Clarksville, TN – The Better Business Bureau in Tennessee is warning consumers about the business practices of Jacob Smith, owner of Clarksville Exteriors. The BBB says it has numerous complaints from Fort Campbell military personnel and other Clarksville residents that outline over $52,000 worth of incomplete home improvement work. Complaints allege consumers paid deposits for contracted home improvement work, but the company has failed to either begin work as promised or complete jobs that have already begun. The BBB says numerous attempts to contact Smith have been ignored. Clarksville Exteriors has recently added a phone message indicating the company is no longer in operation.
