Murray, KY – Clarksville, Tennessee police say a Kentucky man standing in the street looking at his cell phone in the dark was struck and killed by a motorist Saturday morning. Authorities say 28-year-old Olaf Hernandez-Antonio was struck by a truck in the southbound lane of Fort Campbell Boulevard around 5:17 a.m. The truck driver, 24-year-old Christopher Rutherford, says the victim was wearing dark clothing and standing in the road looking down at his cell phone. Rutherford told police he tried to avoid hitting the man. Hernandez-Antonio died at the scene.
