A new training support center at Fort Campbell will help local soldiers be more prepared as they enter the battlefield. The Robert E. Jones training center, being dedicated today will provide soldiers with virtual simulators and other realistic training equipment. The 80,000-square-foot building supplies soldiers from Fort Campbell with a large number of training tools. The soldiers can train in a virtual environment with accurate facsimiles of weapons and equipment. These technologies include flight simulators, driving and convoy instruction and engagement skills training.
