Anchorage, AK – A US Army soldier from Owensboro was arrested Friday on suspicion of espionage. 22 year old Specialist William Colton Millay was taken into custody by Army Counterintelligence agents at Joint Base Elemndorf-Richardson in Alaska. The Army Times reports that Millay is in the custody of the Alaska Department of Corrections in Anchorage. A US Army Alaska spokesman said he couldn't elaborate on the charges against Millay or if faced charges other than espionage.
