Murray, KY – Incumbent Democratic Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear begins his final push for votes this afternoon with a fly-around taking him to cities across the state in advance of Tuesday's general election. Beshear makes his first stop at the airport in Bowling Green, hometown of Republican U.S. Sen. Rand Paul who has campaigned on behalf of GOP gubernatorial hopeful David Williams. Polls show Beshear with a huge lead over Williams and independent Lexington attorney Gatewood Galbraith. Williams will be stumping in south-central Kentucky. Galbraith will be campaigning in the central part of the Commonwealth.
