Murray, KY – McCracken County officials have taken their first step toward outlawing synthetic marijuana. The Fiscal Court gave its preliminary approval this week to two ordinances that would outlaw chemical-coated herb mixtures known as synthetic marijuana from being sold at businesses within the county. A final vote on the ordinances is set for November 28th.
