Murray, KY – The McCracken County Fiscal Court has outlawed synthetic marijuana in the county. The decision was made yesterday in the Fiscal Court's regular session. The move makes it illegal for any business to sell the substance in the county. It is also illegal to posses the substance, which consists of chemical coated herbs which cause hallucinations. The West Kentucky Star Reports Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for McCracken County Todd Jones thanked the McCracken County Sherriff's department and the Paducah Police for their efforts to ban the substance.
