Photos extend Huntley case

By Rose Krzton-Presson

Hopkinsville, KY – Attorneys for Fort Campbell soldier who allegedly hired a hitman to kill his ex-girlfriend have until April 16th to review photos of text messages sent by Florida police and prepare for trial. Attorneys for Joshua Huntley say the photos could add to their defense. Commonwealth Attorney Lynn Pryor says Christian Country Circuit Judge John Atkins set the April deadline after the photos arrived today. The Atkins lowered Huntley's bond from $25,000 to $1,500. Huntley is only allowed to be at home, work, or with his lawyer and is monitored with a GPS ankle bracelet.
