Murray, KY – A second employee of the McCracken County Humane Society has been charged in connection with the findings if a recent euthanasia scandal. McCRacken County Sherriffs arrested 46-year-old Dalena Hall under ten counts of violating a state statute which requires euthanasia to be carried out by a state certified specialist. The Paducah Sun reports Hall euthanized more than 10 animals without the required certification. She is also charged with falsifying euthanasia records. Hall will make her first court appearance in January
