Murray, KY – A Benton man has been arrested over the weekend on charges of rape, sodomy and assault. Kentucky State Police responded to an assault complaint from a patient undergoing treatment at Marshall County Hospital. Authorities subsequently took 27-year-old Andrew Tribbett into custody. Further details have yet to be released. Tribbett is being held in the county jail while the investigation continues.
