Murray, KY – The Kentucky Lottery may have hit a streak of bad luck in November. Kentucky Lottery CFO Howard Kline says the payoff to Pick 4 players in November turned out to be far more than was taken in on the game. Roughly half of Pick 4 players typically win prizes, however winning percentages changed when the numbers 0000 came up in November. This particular combination is a favorite of Pick 4 players. Kline says the lottery paid out $2.1 million more than expected in prizes for the Pick 4 game that month.
