Murray, KY – Jobless rates have declined in most Kentucky counties, though several still wrestle with widespread unemployment. The Office of Employment and Training released figures Thursday showing unemployment rates improved in November in 114 counties and worsened in six. In western Kentucky Caldwell and Daviess counties each reported a 7 percent unemployment rate for the month. Fulton County remains near the top with 14.2 percent.
