Murray, KY – Two Former McCracken County Humane Society employees charged with improper euthanasia practices will be tried together in court. Beau Anderson and DaLena Hall were arraigned yesterday with a trial date of February 9th. Anderson is charged with euthanizing animals without proper anesthesia and Hall is charged with conducting euthanasia practices without a required state license. The Paducah Sun reports Humane Society Director James Shumaker was present at the proceedings. He says the humane society is waiting for the outcome of the trial before making any necessary personnel chances.
