Registration is open for middle and high school teams to participate in the West Kentucky Regional Science Bowl next month in Paducah. Middle school teams compete Feb. 6 and high school teams compete Feb. 20 at the UK College of Engineering Campus. Winning teams go to Washington, D.C. to compete at the national level. Austin Peay State University hosts DanceFest 2015 this Saturday from 9 to noon at the Foy Fitness and Recreation Center. Dance formats to choose from include Zumba, Salsa, R&B Line Dance, Chicago-Style Stepping, and International/Country Line Dance. Proceeds from the event support the American Cancer Society.
