The Calloway County Clerk’s office released election plans Friday based on COVID-19 guidelines from state officials.
The clerk’s office says the county is offering three methods of voting, including early in-person voting, in-person voting on Election Day and mail-out ballots.
Early in-person voting is open Oct. 13 through Nov. 2, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon. Early in-person votes will be collected at Robert O. Miller Courthouse. In-person voting on election day will occur from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the CFSB Center in Murray and East, Southwest and North Elementary Schools. Oct. 9 is the last day to apply for a mail out ballot.
People wishing to apply may access the online portal at govoteky.com or call the Calloway County Clerk’s office at 270-753-3923. The last day to register to vote in the Nov. 3 election is Oct. 5.
