Children with complex medical conditions can play and learn with other kids in the safe and nurturing environment of The Lily Pad at Easter Seals West Kentucky. it's the region's first medically-based childcare facility and it opened its doors exactly one year ago. There's an anniversary celebration from 2 to 4 p.m. today (September 30) at the 801 North 29th Street, Paducah location. Kate Lochte speaks with Director of Nursing Jessie Meiser on Sounds Good.
Paducah Bank's ice cream truck will be on hand at today's event, and other refreshments will be provided. There are also tours of the facility at the celebration from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the 801 North 29th Street location.
