Syria Test-Fires Three Scud Missiles
Israeli officials say Syria test-fired three Scud missiles last week, including one that broke up over Turkey and rained missile parts on two villages. No injuries were reported. Israel said they were the first Syrian missile tests in four years and that the tests appeared to be more an act of defiance than a threat.
