Lane restrictions along U.S. 45 and Kentucky Avenue in Paducah are expected to continue for two more weeks.
Starting Monday a contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will replace a half-dozen concrete slabs along the eastbound lanes of Kentucky Avenue.
Traffic will be restricted to one lane for a portion of the road. Restrictions remain in place around the clock as work may extend into evening hours.
Harper Construction is the primary contractor on this project.
