FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky’s auditor is asking a court to resolve a dispute over access to a database that tracks the state’s handling of abuse and neglect cases involving its most vulnerable citizens. Republican state Auditor Allison Ball filed the lawsuit Monday in Franklin Circuit Court.
