A portion of KY 3186 in the Gracey community in Christian County is closed due to the development of a sinkhole.

Construction crews at Austin Peay’s Governors Stadium are working to remediate a small sinkhole, complicating the replacement of the main stadium building. The Leaf-Chronicle reports that the sinkhole was three by five feet and no more than five feet deep when it was discovered nearly a month ago. Workers have expanded it to be forty feet wide by deep in search of stable bedrock.

Museum Director Wendell Strode isn’t sure when the cars will be removed.
