Kentucky: Two employees involved in reporting inaccurate test scores at West Kentucky Community and Technical College have been fired. Kentucky State Police say drivers in the fall are likely to see deer on or near roadways, a serious issue that caused nearly 3,000 wrecks in the state last year. Senate President David Williams could be among the nominees that a panel is expected to recommend to Gov. Steve Beshear for an open judgeship in southern Kentucky on today.
