Visiting Belgian Artist Performs Chansons for MSU's International Education Week

Today on Sounds Good, we met Belgian vocal artist and songwriter Michel Stennier, who performs original music and the music of legendary singer/poet Jacques Brel tomorrow evening (November 21) for International Education Week at Murray State. Michel talks about his beginnings as a musician and why Brel's music is important today. He's joined in the studio by Theresa Saint Paul, Associate Professor of Humanities and Fine Art at Murray State. Stennier also plays some of the music ahead of his performance.

Tracy started working for WKMS in 1994 while attending Murray State University. After receiving his Bachelors and Masters degrees from MSU he was hired as Operations/Web/Sports Director in 2000.
